Our Financial Control Division (FINCON) is hiring for the following experienced Accounting Professionals.

  • Junior Accounting and Process Control Officer - At least 3 to 4 years of experience in UAT processes, preferably in the banking industry

  • Supports projects, systems enhancements, change requests implementation, and process reviews impacting the Financial Control Division (FINCON)

  • Junior Accounts Payable/Expense Officer - At least 4 to 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable

  • Process invoices, payments, and disbursement transactions in a timely and accurate manner

  • Ensures that accounting entries are accurate and complete

  • Investigates and resolves any issues related to invoice or payment processing

  • Junior Accounting Officer - At least 3 to 4 years of experience in General Accounting, Audit, Taxation, and/or Banking and Finance and Financial reporting standards and regulations (SEC/BIR/SEC/PSE)

  • Prepares internal and regulatory reports for management use in a timely and accurately manner

  • Acts as an alternate to the Senior Accounting Officer in overseeing team operations, reviewing reports, and supporting audit requirements

  • Junior Accounting Analyst - At least 3 years of experience in regulatory reporting, particularly with BSP Reporting

  • Prepare accurate regulatory and internal reports for compliance with reportorial requirements and management's use

  • Handle account reconciliations, journal entries, and assist in process improvements through report automation and user acceptance testing (UAT)

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or any related field
  • Must be up to date with Philippine Accounting Standards, Auditing Standards, and/or Philippine/International Financial Reporting Standards
  • Has a keen eye for details, works comfortably in a highly collaborative setting, and has the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Can prepare assessment reports, presentations, and findings
