BASIC FUNCTION
Provides a consistent, 5-star customer mania experience to all property guests
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greets everyone with a smile and effectively manages the flow of visitor traffic within assigned area.
- Provides timely and reliable information and assistance to visitors manifesting the highest level of demeanor, courtesy, and customer mania.
- Handles all visitor inquiries and complaints and keeps a record or log of such incidents, always proactively ready to help and assist.
- When required, answers queries on services and products, on-going promotions and events within the Araneta City.
- Models the highest standard on personal presentation and grooming, serving as an example to others.
- Logs all lost-and-found items received at the assigned floor and endorses these to the Security Officer on duty for proper storage and safekeeping.
- Maintains an updated database of key personnel, contacts, emergency hotlines, and center services/events to allow immediate reference when required.
- Attends to administrative requirements in a timely, responsible manner, such as attending/documenting meetings, documenting activities/critical incidences/logs, and filing and general assistance to property management team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,128.00 per month
