JOB SUMMARY:

Guide customers in company's transaction flow, answer general queries, and handle concerns and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT:

  • With a Bachelor's Degree in any Business-related Course.
  • Experiential requirement : With know-how in customer support/care/service. Experienced as a client service representative is a plus.
  • Required technical skills : Basic phone contact and computer handling skills.
  • Required interpersonal skills: Good in written and oral communication skills.
  • Able to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accepts, handles and answers all queries, requests and concerns of walk-in, e-mail, and phone-in customer accordingly based on the standard policies and procedures of the company. Observes centralized business transaction set-up and provide regular updates to the concerned parties.
  • Assists/answers buyers' queries, requests, issues and concerns endorsed by other department, units and business partners. Ensures that accurate and timely feedback is provided to the concerned parties through confirmation with our Noah data base and the like.
  • Collaborates in resolving customers concern/complaint and suggest effective recommendation when necessary; coordinates with the concerned department (if needed) for proper handling and answering.
  • Accomplishes necessary processes of buyers' requests, from providing appropriate resolutions and/or options up to close monitoring with concerned parties of its on-time delivery.
  • Works closely with teammates and champions of each departments/units in the delivery of the highest customer service level and Customer Satisfaction aligned with the department/ cluster goals and objectives, KRA, plans and programs.
  • Generate weekly and monthly transactions report such as customer inquiries, complaints and other related concerns; challenges encountered, and survey conducted.
