  • Troubleshooting faulty machinery and diagnosing the root cause of the malfunction using diagnostic tools and problem-solving  abilities.


• Conducts mechanical repair of all machineries. Install, repairs and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance
• Collaborating with others maintenance technicians to solve the complex mechanical issues.


• Keeping an organized daily log of all machine and repairs.


• Optimizing mechanical efficiency by adjusting machinery and equipment settings
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Regular monitoring and logging of equipment behavior during operation and scheduled shut-downs.


• Attend to maintenance activities during machine breakdowns as may be required to restore operation.


• Follow standard operating procedures.


• Attend to fabrication request, work order and other special projects as may be requested and assigned.


• Assist machine operators on production equipment change-overs (i.e. screen sieves and die changing.).


• Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

  • Proper use and safe keeping of electrical and mechanical tools.
  • Assist electrical maintenance technician when necessary '
