Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through on-site customer engagement, cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients and partners
  • Understand customer needs and present appropriate product or service solutions
  • Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve goals
  • Represent the company professionally with partner bank branches and mall locations
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales or a related field (open to fresh graduates and career shifters)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team
  • Willing to be assigned to partner banks and malls within Metro Manila
  • High school diploma or college level required; Bachelor's degree preferred
