Job Title: Engine Specialist

Job Summary:

The Engine Specialist will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various engines, including automotive, industrial, and heavy equipment. This role ensures optimal engine performance, reduces downtime, and supports the company's operational needs. The position is based in Bulacan, with free shuttle service provided for employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel and gasoline engines for vehicles, machinery, and equipment.
  • Perform engine overhauls, component replacements, and routine preventive maintenance.
  • Use diagnostic tools and testing equipment to identify faults in mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Conduct inspections of fuel injection, exhaust, cooling, and lubrication systems.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all maintenance and repair activities.
  • Follow company safety standards and industry best practices during repair operations.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and departments to resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Provide technical input on spare parts inventory and requisitions.

Qualifications:

  • At least a High School Graduate (Vocational or Technical courses in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering preferred).
  • With proven experience in repairing and maintaining engines (automotive, industrial, or heavy machinery).
  • Strong knowledge of engine systems, components, and diagnostic procedures.
  • Ability to interpret technical manuals and repair diagrams.
  • Physically fit, reliable, and safety-conscious.
  • Willing to be deployed in Bulacan (free shuttle service provided).
  • Available to start immediately.
