Job Description

  • Consolidate data and leverage from it to drive insights and recommendations
  • Manage routine data clean up for the team's internal trackers
  • Maintain integrity of the various trackers being used across teams by keeping track of the inputs from operations and other stakeholders
  • Monitor compliance of the various trackers/tools relating to planning throughout the operations to data accuracy and integrity
  • Provide support and assistance to resolve escalations by ensuring available/needed data is accurate and reliable
  • Collaborate with internal partners to align and improve data sources
  • Assist FM P&B lead in monitoring the team's productivity and efficiency
  • Build partnerships and liaise with various teams to determine team requirements/expectations from the Planning Team and possible solutions for issues that may arise
  • Perform duties and responsibilities assigned by reporting lead

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, IT, Engineering, or any equivalent with emphasis on Data and Planning
  • Technical Proficiency: A robust understanding and experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace (with emphasis on Excel, Sheets, and other reporting tools) is crucial for success in this role
  • Communication Skills: Possess the ability to articulate, both in written and verbal, information clearly and concisely, ensuring effective communication across teams
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in troubleshooting and efficiently resolving issues as they arise is a key skill needed for this role
  • Adaptability: Given the dynamic nature of operations, this role needs to exhibit flexibility, swiftly adapting to changes in direction and issues as they emerge
