General Manager

General Manager
who can take charge of our growing coffee retail operations, lead our teams across stores, and ensure that every cup we serve represents our commitment to quality and excellence.

Job Summary

The
General Manager (GM)
of Stelladelnord, Inc. will oversee the company's coffee retail business, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across all stores while driving business growth and profitability. The GM will collaborate closely with the HR Head, Finance Controller, and Sales Head to align operational, financial, and people strategies. Directly managing the Operations Manager, the GM will ensure excellent customer experience, operational efficiency, and adherence to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Cross-Functional Leadership

• Work closely with the HR Head, Finance Controller, and Sales Head to align business objectives with people, financial, and market strategies.
• Provide direction to the Operations Manager to ensure that store-level execution matches the company's goals.
• Develop and implement business strategies that drive growth, efficiency, and profitability.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for business expansion, store openings, and market development.

Operations Management

• Oversee all coffee shop operations through the Operations Manager and store managers.
• Ensure store-level compliance with company standards, food safety, sanitation, and labor regulations.
• Implement operational best practices that enhance customer experience and store productivity.
• Monitor performance metrics (sales, service quality, efficiency, customer satisfaction) and take corrective action when needed.

Financial & Business Management

• Partner with the Finance Controller to manage budgets, forecast revenues, and monitor profitability.
• Analyze financial and sales data to support decision-making and cost efficiency.
• Provide accurate reports on business performance to the Board/CEO.

People & Culture Leadership

• Collaborate with the HR Head to drive recruitment, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Build and maintain a strong performance-driven culture with accountability and recognition.
• Mentor the Operations Manager and store leadership teams to develop future leaders within the company.

Customer & Brand Growth

• Partner with the Sales Head to strengthen market presence and brand positioning.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure brand consistency across all stores.
• Represent Stelladelnord, Inc. at industry events, partnerships, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 8–10 years of leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role within retail, F&B, or hospitality.
• Strong background in
  multi-store operations management
  .
• Solid financial management skills with proven ability to manage P&L.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Passionate about coffee, customer experience, and operational excellence.
