About the role

Looking for an experienced Senior Barista to join our dynamic hospitality team at Apollo Management Inc. This full-time role is based in our lively location in Katipunan, Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a Senior Barista, you will be responsible for running a busy coffee shop, ensuring exceptional customer service and consistently high-quality drink preparation.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing a wide variety of coffee and specialty drinks to the highest standards
  • Providing outstanding customer service and creating an exceptional in-store experience
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the coffee shop, including inventory management, cash handling and team supervision
  • Training and mentoring junior baristas to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment
  • Actively contributing to the development of new menu items and improving operational efficiency

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Senior Barista or in a similar role within the hospitality/food & beverage industry
  • Proven expertise in preparing a wide range of coffee and specialty drinks to a consistently high standard
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership abilities, with experience in training and developing team members
  • Passion for the coffee industry and a keen interest in industry trends and innovations
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our customers
