Main purpose of the job

The main purpose of the SEO Marketing Coordinator role is to support the SEO team with the execution of manual and recurring operational tasks that are essential to maintaining and optimizing our SEO landing pages. This includes updating copy and creative assets, managing image hosting, and ensuring accurate implementation of changes in our content management systems. Additionally, the assistant will be responsible for the generation and maintenance of voucher codes that are critical for tracking and attribution. The role plays a key part in ensuring the timely and accurate execution of SEO initiatives across multiple markets.

Responsibilities and duties

• Upload, QA, and maintain SEO landing page content using pre-approved copy and templates within Contentful.

• Execute image update requests, including swapping out banners and popups based on marketing timelines or asset expiration.

• Source, resize, and replace images as needed, ensuring brand and SEO compliance.

• Generate and maintain SEO-specific voucher codes for tracking and attribution purposes.

• Coordinate with regional and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation and proper documentation of voucher codes.

• Follow detailed processes with consistency and accuracy while communicating clearly with internal teams across the organization.

Skills and preferred qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO support, or content operations preferred; exceptional candidates with slightly less experience may also be considered.

• High attention to detail with the ability to execute repetitive tasks accurately and reliably.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks when coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

• Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS); experience with Contentful is a plus but not required.

• Understanding of SEO principles, especially in relation to content and keyword traffic management.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Reliable time management to meet regular deadlines in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
