JOB SUMMARY:

  • Primarily responsible for the general upkeep of the mall by providing administrative support. Ensure that the building and its services meet the needs of its occupants and make sure that the surrounding environment is in good condition to work.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Received job orders from Mall Occupants (Tenants & other Departments) and coordinate with the in-charge personnel to perform the job request.
  • Follow up and monitor the progress of job orders, may oversee maintenance tasks, and ensure completion of job requests.
  • Conduct routine mall inspections to ensure the functionality of the Mall facilities and properties; report or coordinate with the in-charge department for any facilities and properties that require troubleshooting, repair, and replacement.
  • Assist Safety Officers during emergency situations. Assist government personnel during building inspections.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field. With or without relevant work experience in the field is welcome to apply for the position.
  • Certifications in Occupational Safety and Health, First Aid, and Firefighting is an advantage but not necessary.
  • Extremely dedicated, organized, and team-oriented.
