About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative/Agent to join our team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels
  2. Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly assistance to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner
  3. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and documenting the resolution of customer issues
  4. Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggest process improvements to the management team
  5. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with customers from diverse backgrounds
  2. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric approach
  3. Proficient in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  5. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred, but not required
  6. A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
