Design Architect (Virtual Assistant)
Full-Time | Remote | U.S. Architectural Firm

We're seeking a skilled Design Architect (Virtual Assistant) to support a U.S.-based architectural firm specializing in residential remodels, commercial renovations, and select new construction projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced in U.S. construction standards, and proficient in producing high-quality architectural drawings using Revit.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, Eastern Time (flexible schedule available)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop architectural drawings and design documentation for residential remodels, commercial renovations, and new construction projects.
  • Collaborate with the U.S. project team to ensure designs meet client requirements and building codes.
  • Prepare detailed Revit models, drawings, and layouts with accuracy and attention to design intent.
  • Coordinate with engineers and consultants; ability to include HVAC, electrical, and plumbing design is a plus.
  • Review Matterport scans and assist in converting them into usable models or references.
  • Maintain high-quality output and meet tight project deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Proven experience with U.S.-based architectural or construction projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit is required.
  • Experience with Lumion for rendering is a plus (not required).
  • Familiarity with Matterport is an advantage (training can be provided).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
