About the Role
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for generating and qualifying new leads to support IEE's growth in higher education, healthcare, and global recruitment markets. You will be the first point of contact for prospective partners, introducing IEE's value proposition and guiding them through the qualification process. You will also play a vital role in building, managing, and developing automated marketing campaigns to a targeted prospecting list. The successful candidate is a natural hunter - energized by the chase, relentless in pursuit of new opportunities, and thriving on every sales conversation that moves the deal forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively research and identify potential institutional, corporate, and agency partners in target markets including schools and universities, international healthcare recruitment firms, and nursing regulatory bodies.
- Collaborate closely with the Client Executive and Marketing team to align on target accounts, messaging, and campaign strategies.
- Own the top of the sales funnel, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads are appropriates handed off to Client Executive team
- Engage prospects via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach methods to introduce IEE's value proposition while qualifying lead by understanding their needs, challenges, and decision-making processes.
- Schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations for Client Executive team members.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all outreach activities in the CRM.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and developments in higher education and international credential evaluation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- 5+ years of professional experience in sales, preferrable in the higher education or healthcare space.
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft 365 suite.
- Experience with CRM systems (Zoho or Salesforce preferred).
- Ability to work in office environment during 9:00pm PHT to 6:00am PHT to align with US Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
- Excellent English communication (verbal and written) and relationship-building skills.
