Duties & Responsibilities :

Oversees the overall operation of the Branch and manages the Customer Service Delivery System. Solicitation of deposit products, loan products of the Bank.

  1. Responsible for marketing, cross-selling (Bank loan products), soliciting deposit products of the Bank;

  2. Responsible for expanding the Branch market/account base in order to contribute a substantial return for the Bank;

  3. Strategize a marketing tool to increase deposit sales in order to meet the branch target;

  4. Ensures that the operation of the Branch is in accordance with all the rules, regulations, policies and procedures of all external regulatory agencies and internal corporate policies;

  5. Manages operational costs at an acceptable and efficient level in order to achieve over-all profitability of the Branch

  6. Oversees, mitigates and identifies operational, market, reputational and financial risks of the branch.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Marketing, Others or equivalent.
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • With full banking operations experience (from Teller to Officer)
  • Possessed expertise in sales and marketing and account solicitation of bank products

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php40,000.00 per month
