Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or relevant field.
  • A minimum of five (5) years experience in a similar role.
  • Solid knowledge of data analysis, inventory management software, and forecasting techniques.
  • An analytical mind with strong attention to detail.
  • Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present Inventory and Sales Data reports periodically to both Merchandising and Sales Director.
  • Analyze, develop, and implement strategies to meet Planned SSR, target sell-through and sales revenue of the company.
  • Prepare and recommend merchandise mix and allocation to channels and up to store level.
  • Review and approve requests for replenishment if there are no more allocation at channel level.
  • Recommend procurement strategies to each Category Managers based on historical and forecasted sales and inventory trends.
  • Ensure that the stores always maintain a healthy level of inventory through adequate stock replenishments, inter-store or inter-channel stock movements, and promo recommendations for the CMs.
  • Proof and approves the "First PO" details of each New Arrivals as prepared by the analysts and associates before uploading in SAP.
  • Proof and review the reports on sales, inventory, sell-through reports and forecasts that were prepared by the analysts before submission and presentation to key stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, and presentations using various Microsoft Office applications.
  • Create and present periodic feedback reports on item.
