The Hospitality Internship Trainee will support daily hotel operations in designated departments. The trainee will assist in providing excellent guest service, learn standard hotel procedures, and gain hands-on experience in a professional hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day operations of assigned department (Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Sales and Marketing, or Human Resources)
  • Provide courteous and professional service to guests at all times.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Participate in departmental briefings, training, and meetings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors to support operations.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Hospitality Management, Tourism, Human Resources/Psychology, Business Administration or related degree program.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
