Job Summary:

We are looking for motivated and detail oriented OJT Trainees/Internship to support our data management team. The role will focus on conducting data audits and performing data encoding of backlog data, helping ensure accuracy, consistency and efficiency in our records and reporting systems. This is an excellent opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in data management and administrative support within a professional setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in data audits by reviewing and validating records to ensure accuracy and completeness

  • Perform Data encoding of backlog data into company databases and systems.

  • Help maintain organized and updated digital and physical files.

  • Support the team in identifying and correcting discrepancies in data.

  • Generic basic reports or summaries as required.

  • Adhere to company standards of confidentiality and data integrity.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program in information technology/ Information management or any related course.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office application (Excel, word, powerpoint)

  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

  • Good communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work in a team environment.
