Job Summary:
Provide administrative support and perform customer relations duties in the service department. Coordinate service requests, liaise between clients and service teams, and uphold service standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive, log, and prioritize service requests from clients and ensure prompt assignment to appropriate service teams and monitor progress to meet service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and courteous responses, while keeping clients informed about the status of their service requests and proactively addressing any concerns.
- Generate reports and documentation for analysis and compliance purposes.
- Monitor, work closely with other team leaders in Service departments, and provide daily service reports to After Sales Manager
- Assist all service teammates with their training and official business travels.
- Arrange necessary accommodation, and traveling support for service teammates' official business travels.
- Closely work with After Sales Manager
- Meeting and greeting customers in person and on the phone
- Handles petty cash funds, requests of cash advances, and liquidations of such.
- Maximize fleet availability by managing vehicle bookings, taking calls from customers, and finding appropriate appointment times to suit.
- Print all necessary forms needed
- Requests all office supplies for the whole department
- Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the immediate head/management from time to time.

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
