What you'll be doing

  • Assist the Property Manager in ensuring efficient building operations, covering systems, maintenance, tenant concerns, projects, renewals, and resource management.
  • Assist the PM in ensuring semi-annual servicing of AC units and preparing PRFs for needed parts or third-party services, oversee delivery of contracted services under PM Fees including maintenance, reporting, and tenant support, and support in preparing project material cost estimates.
  • Assist the PM in delegating tasks to technicians, monitoring scheduled maintenance activities and work outputs, tracking the ticketing system and pending issues, handling correspondences, and preparing RFPs and PRFs for review and approval.
  • Monitor compliance with building codes and regulations, ensuring all property permits and regulatory requirements are renewed before deadlines.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical or civil engineering or a related field
  • New passer of professional license (Passed Board/Professional License Exam)
  • Basic understanding of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safety systems
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting building plans and specifications
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards
