Job Description / Responsibilities:

We are seeking a detail-oriented New Business Intake Analyst to support client onboarding and compliance processes. The role involves:

  • Conducting risk reviews and due diligence investigations
  • Identifying high-risk clients or matters through research (legal background preferred)
  • Reviewing submissions and providing clear, legally-informed recommendations
  • Supporting onboarding, compliance, and process improvement initiatives

Requirements / Skills:

  • 1–3 years relevant experience (legal, compliance, or client onboarding preferred)
  • Strong critical thinking, communication, and analytical skills
  • Highly organized with excellent time and work management
  • Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail
  • Able to prioritize tasks and work independently or collaboratively
