Job Description

MDCGROUP INC. is looking for a dynamic and ambitious Applications Engineer with a strong work ethic to work in our ALABANG (Philippines) office. The position will require a deep understanding of the product/brand features, its value proposition to customers to enable sales to accurately define a target market.

Main Role and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare product demos and/or presentations to existing and potential customers
  • Communicating with managers, and engineers, among others, to discuss/validate technical requirement of potential customer
  • Develop (together with sales, marketing and suppliers), programs or initiatives that will lead to generation of qualified sales leads.
  • Providing customer training and enablement.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering or any related course; degree from a technical college also acceptable.
  • Advantage to have experience in CATIA and/or computer-aided design and drafting (CAD).
  • Will be doing field work to do face-to-face product demonstration and trainings.
  • Knowledge of Finite Element Analysis is an advantage.
  • With working experience in a manufacturing industry is an advantage
  • Preferably Knows how to DRIVE and with Driver's License.
  • Ability to work well in a team and on his/her own.
  • Good communication skills and can speak English well.

Work Schedule: (Mon-Fri 9am to 6pm)

Compensation will be commensurate to experience.
