Key Duties & Responsibilities

● Manage end-to-end livestream execution from setup to closing (12 PM – 9 PM).

● Perform pre-live technical checks (lighting, audio, camera, internet, backup connection). ● Moderate livestreams: manage comments, pin products, highlight promotions, and support hosts in real time.

● Coordinate with the inventory/operations team to ensure stock accuracy and availability during streams.

● Update the product basket and run backend promotions on TikTok Shop.

● Create and manage the weekly host schedule; ensure smooth shift handovers between hosts.

● Oversee weekly promotional content calendar and scripts in coordination with the Brand Manager.

● Train, brief, and provide feedback to livestream hosts to ensure brand alignment and on-camera confidence.

● Track livestream KPIs in real-time (GMV, viewers, engagement, units sold).

● Submit daily performance reports with both quantitative and qualitative insights.

● Present weekly performance reviews and insights to the Brand Manager and team.

● Troubleshoot technical issues (internet, device, or platform errors) using backup plans.

● Step in as backup host if needed due to unavailability of part-time hosts.

● Handle moderation of negative comments/trolls using TikTok tools while maintaining a positive audience experience.

Qualifications :

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).

● At least 1–2 years of experience in livestream selling, e-commerce operations, or digital marketing.

● Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, e-commerce livestream strategies, and sales-driven hosting.

● Excellent organizational and time-management skills (can juggle schedules, reporting, and operations).

● Strong technical know-how (cameras, streaming tools, lighting, sound, internet troubleshooting).

● Creative thinker with a sales-oriented mindset — can adapt strategies mid-stream if viewership/sales dip.

● Leadership and people skills — able to train, coach, and manage hosts.

● Willingness to work flexible hours, especially during peak sale seasons (e.g., 11.11,
