JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a confident, engaging, and knowledgeable Live Host to represent our brand in the beauty industry. As the on-camera personality for our livestreams and events, you will showcase products, educate audiences on beauty trends, and create an interactive, memorable experience for viewers. This role requires someone who is both charismatic and professional, with a strong passion for beauty, skincare, and cosmetics.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Engage Audiences in Real Time

  • Host live shows, product launches, and livestream shopping sessions.

  • Interact with viewers through Q&A, comments, and live feedback.

  • Maintain high energy and enthusiasm throughout broadcasts.

  • Showcase Beauty Products

  • Present, demonstrate, and explain product features and benefits.

  • Share tips, tutorials, and beauty hacks to educate and inspire audiences.

  • Highlight promotions, new collections, and brand storytelling.

  • Drive Brand Experience & Sales

  • Build trust with viewers through expertise and engaging communication.

  • Encourage product purchases and track engagement metrics.

  • Event & Program Flow

  • Transition smoothly between demonstrations, guest appearances, and brand messages.

  • Work with the production team to ensure professional, polished delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and captivate an audience.
  • Familiarity with TikTok platform features and functionalities.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate live streaming schedules.
  • Prior experience as a host, emcee, presenter, or performer in live or broadcast settings.
  • Strong stage presence, public speaking skills, and the ability to engage diverse audiences.
