Perform accounting clerical operation that requires the application and experience and judgment. Responsible on daily update of foreign exchange rates (ERP system and excel). Assist in budget and actual departmental expenses. Responsible on daily accounts payable entries on Broker's billing (Import & export). Verification of Purchase requisition and request for payment (Budget control). In charge of preparation of weekly report related to production and inventory scrap. Prepared assigned monthly accounts payable, payment schedule and freight related reports.

  • Must be Accounting graduates
  • At least with 3 years minimum experience as Cost Controlling supervisor
  • Keen on details and with good analytical skills
  • Computer Literate; knowledge of accounting software is an advantage
