JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Greet and engage with customers, providing a welcoming and personalized experience
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Provide support in creating content for our space
  • Supervise and manage staff, including but not limited to: scheduling of shifts, training, evaluations
  • Ensures store policies, regulations, and procedures are being implemented
  • Encourage and guide the staffs to attain high standards of operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee day-to-day activities, such as the preparation, serving, and dispensing of food and beverages
  • Oversee inventory by placing orders, accepting shipments, and cutting down on waste
  • Makes sure that health and safety rules are followed

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Has proven job experience in the Food and Beverage industry
  • Experience working as a store supervisor is highly regarded
  • Proficiency with MS Office and hands-on experience in restaurant and bar service management
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
  • Has the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
  • Able to work with management to put plans into action that increase customer satisfaction and service effectiveness
