Role Overview

The Go-to-Market Route Planner primarily supports the transition in database management and route. The role entails prioritizing the data governance of the company, enforcing route planning efforts, and continuing the efficiency of system management upkeep. The role is also expected to assist in the processing of raw data; boosting the overall efficiency of route plans based on delivery schedule; and properly assessing geographic data, operational constraints, and points of improvement.

Responsibilities:

  1. SCL Maintenance

  2. Make use of SCL via ORTEC to strategically optimize route plans, and regularly assess geographic data,

  3. Manage route planning cycles for all relevant frontliners
  4. Upkeep the KM distance for TA sales routes

  5. Create Factbooks based on routes accomplished and routes remaining

  6. Data Management

  7. Utilize efficient systems for cleaning up raw data that maximize accuracy, precision, and ease of access

  8. Ensure the data correction and tagging of relevant outlet information

  9. System Setup

  10. Facilitate the timely enrollment of customer records

  11. Coordinate with other GTM Route Planners to oversee Route code activations (RRFs), Vxceed setups, and SCL uploading
  12. Match any relevant requests for outlet creation, update. and suppression

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any course
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
  • Willing to be based in BGC, Taguig
  • Willing to complete a 6-month fixed term employment contract
