Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Ÿ  Market and solicit prospective loan client in an assigned area/s of responsibility. Discuss and explained to prospective loan clients the importance of each loan products, their advantages and benefits to client and their business.

Ÿ  Knows how to conduct loans sales and marketing, develop, maintained growth of area of assignment in terms of loan portfolio.

Ÿ  Conduct market research, trends and competition

Ÿ  Understand, analyzes, propose credit facilities based on client financial capacity that suitable to client's needs.

Ÿ  Ensure that all renewals, new availments comply with company's existing credit policy (documentary documents) and government regulatory agency.

· Monitor client loan payments and make a timely follow-up if needed (loan payments and loan documents) or make a personal visit to find out the reason of such none payment. Make a necessary report including the recommendation to prevent the account for further deterioration in accordance with existing company's policy on remedial account.

Ÿ  Review loan clients in a regular basis to determined client needs and improved company's exposure for each loan account in terms of loans quality and business relationship.

Ÿ  Timely delivery of budget as committed/provided during the fiscal year; regular review assesses budget against accomplishment; determine reason of success or shortfall and address immediately if within the parameters of accountability.

Ÿ  Assist, coordinate and collaborate with other department in the organization to meet customer needs as necessitate arises.

Ÿ  Monitor, supervise and guide personnel assigned under his/her direct supervision for timely submission of required reports, requirements and ensure that comply with company's existing policy.

Ÿ  Conforms to the internal and external company policies and procedure.

Ÿ  Supports Management decisions, requirements and expectations.

Ÿ  Performs such other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
