Are you ready to make an impact in IT compliance and risk management? Quanta Philippines is seeking an IT Compliance Analyst to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is passionate about ensuring regulatory and security standards are met across global operations.

About the Role

As an IT Compliance Analyst, you'll play a critical role in safeguarding our systems and processes. You'll work closely with both technical and business leaders to select, deploy, and validate IT controls, ensuring compliance with global frameworks and regulations such as SOX, SOC 2, ISO 27002, PCI-DSS, and CCPA/CPRA.

This role will give you exposure to a wide range of IT General Controls (ITGCs), audit support activities, and third-party risk assessments. You'll also contribute to continuous improvements in our compliance framework, supporting Quanta's mission to deliver secure, reliable solutions to our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform IT control assessments across applications, databases, and operating systems.
  • Review user access permissions, logical access controls, and change management processes.
  • Support SOC 2 and ISO 27002 audits, including evidence collection and documentation.
  • Conduct third-party vendor risk assessments, analysing security posture and compliance.
  • Monitor ITGC adherence, recommend improvements, and support remediation plans.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and evolving compliance requirements.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Accounting.
  • 2+ years of experience in IT Compliance, IT Audit, or IT Security.
  • Familiarity with frameworks such as ISO, SOC, COBIT, ITIL, and PCI-DSS.
  • Strong data analysis and documentation skills (Excel, SQL, or similar tools).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to multitask.
  • Willingness to work night shift (US hours, CST).

Preferred but not required:

  • Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, CIA, CPA, MCP, MCSE, CCNA, CompTIA.
