Responsibilities

  • Check and approved all data entry, edit list / proof list before posting to ensure integrity of the General Ledger is maintained and properly captured.
  • Preparation of Monthly Closing Reports (Income and Balance Sheet), Quarterly and Annual Management Reports, Cash Flow Projection, Fixed Assets, Weekly Cash Position Report, BVA Analysis and other reports that may require by HQ
  • Review of monthly and year-end financial statement
  • Responsible for all relevant governmental compliance reporting including taxation.
  • Assist internal, external auditor and BIR Audit
  • Costing for all new and existing products.
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Stock reconciliation - (stock variances, investigation and adjustment)
  • Ensure protection of the company assets
  • Responsible for the preparation of budget and forecast.
  • Manage the budgeting control function of the company.
  • Fund management of the company - cashflow.
  • Insurance administration of company assets.
  • Payroll and mandatory government benefits
  • Training and evaluation of accounting staff.
  • Internal accounting control procedures are properly adhered to.
  • Assist in taking charge of the operations of the company in the absence of the Country Manager.
  • Any other responsibilities that may be assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related field 5 - 7 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in Direct Selling companies is a big plus
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Detail-oriented and analytical
