ROLE OVERVIEW

The Supply Chain Customer Support Supervisor oversees customer order fulfillment and outbound supply chain services, ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient delivery to customers. This role provides leadership, coordination, and operational support across supply chain functions while maintaining high service standards and business continuity.

Candidates based in Manila and nearby provinces (Cavite, Laguna, Bulacan) are welcome to apply. Applicants must be willing to report to the Pasay office as required.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise and guide daily customer support and outbound supply chain activities to meet operational targets.
  • Partner closely with the Branch Manager, Supply Chain Manager, Project Manager, and vendor teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Oversee the timely processing and fulfillment of material requisitions, sales orders, and inter-warehouse transfer orders.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and backup coverage to Supply Chain Customer Support team members.
  • Monitor and execute core supply chain processes including inventory counts, stock allocation accuracy, consumption tracking, demand planning, and purchase order execution.
  • Review and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages and support uninterrupted supply.
  • Coordinate with project managers, suppliers, and vendors to ensure product availability and resolve delivery concerns.
  • Act as the main escalation point for vendor communications regarding order status, shipment schedules, and service issues.
  • Ensure vendor and internal inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with Operations teams in Vernon, including Logistics, Shipping & Receiving, Production, and Quality Control.
  • Work closely with Customer Support teams to align order fulfillment with customer expectations.
  • Maintain and review operational logs, reports, documentation, and claims using Excel and internal systems.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related 4-year course
  • At least 3–5 years of relevant supply chain or customer support experience, with exposure to supervisory or lead responsibilities
  • Background in FMCG or Food industry is an advantage
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Teams
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • High level of accountability, ownership, and decision-making capability
  • Willingness to work the graveyard shift
