Supply Chain Vendor Support Lead

ROLE OVERVIEW

This role will lead a team of Supply Chain Planners within Vendor Support team and help supervise supplier coordination and inbound supply continuity. This role provides leadership, coordination, and operational support across supply chain functions while maintaining high service standards and business continuity.

Candidates based in Manila and nearby provinces (Cavite, Laguna, Bulacan) are welcome to apply. Applicants must be willing to report to the Pasay office as required.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead daily customer support and outbound supply chain operations to achieve service and fulfillment targets.
  • Collaborate with branch, supply chain, project, and vendor teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Oversee timely processing of material requisitions, sales orders, and warehouse transfer orders.
  • Lead, coach, and provide backup support to the Supply Chain Customer Support team.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, stock allocation, demand planning, and purchase order execution to ensure continuous supply.
  • Manage vendor and project coordination, serving as the main escalation point for order, shipment, and service issues.
  • Work closely with Operations, Logistics, Production, QC, and Customer Support teams to align fulfillment with customer expectations.
  • Maintain and review operational reports, documentation, and claims using Excel and internal systems.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related 4-year course
  • At least 5 years of relevant supply chain or customer support experience, with exposure to supervisory or lead responsibilities.
  • Background in FMCG or Food industry is an advantage
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Teams
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • High level of accountability, ownership, and decision-making capability
  • Willingness to work the graveyard shift
