We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our growing team, focused on building and maintaining relationships with businesses in Davao City. You will represent Petron automotive lubricants and greases, helping accounts get the right products for their needs while ensuring excellent customer service and consistent follow-up.

Experience in lubricants or sales is a plus, but what we value most are attitude, character, and drive. Skills can be taught — but work ethic, grit, and strong interpersonal skills are what make a successful salesperson.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts in Davao City.
  • Identify new business opportunities and grow market share for Petron lubricants and greases.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and check-ins to understand needs and provide solutions.
  • Ensure timely order placements, deliveries, and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth account servicing.
  • Monitor competitor activity and share market feedback with management.
