On-site - Quezon City 1-3 Yrs Exp Bachelor Full-timeJob DescriptionCONDOR POS SOLUTIONS is looking for a SOLUTION SALES EXECUTIVE.Reporting to the Sales Manager, the candidate is expected to qualify and contact prospective clients, market our service, and close business. The ideal candidate should understand the POS industry or have a successful solutions sales background. ResponsibilitiesExceed monthly quota objectives through outbound sales activities.

Accurately forecast opportunities based on realistic assessments. Strategically manage the pipeline of opportunities. Meet internal metrics such as closed deals and sales targets.

Optimize productivity and follow up on all leads in a timely manner. Research prospective industries and companies to assess their suitability for POS services. RequirementsCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing, or equivalent.

Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience (solution sales approach). Consistent track record of success in selling POS systems, closing business, and creating and managing a pipeline of opportunities. Highly motivated and professional with excellent communication skills; highly confident and goal-oriented.

Ability to communicate with senior-level management, explain complex processes, and demonstrate POS services over the phone. Must be willing to work in Muñoz, Quezon City.
