Qualifications

  • Training Needs Analysis and Training & Development skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills for assessing training effectiveness
  • Excellent Communication skills for stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to design and deliver effective training programs
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Behavioural Science or other relevant courses.
  • Relevant certifications in training and development are a plus
  • Willing to work onsite set-up here at United Nations Ave., Manila
