About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Taguig City. This full-time role is responsible for providing exceptional non-voice customer support and helping our customers have a seamless shopping experience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to customer inquiries and addressing their concerns via email, chat, and other non-voice channels
  2. Providing accurate and timely information about our products, services, policies, and processes
  3. Resolving customer issues and queries promptly and professionally
  4. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  5. Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and making recommendations to the team
  6. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
  2. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  3. Proficient in English, both written and verbal
  4. Familiarity with customer service software and tools
  5. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
