Responsibilities:
- Incident logging and ticket categorization
- Service Request Handling
- Escalation and coordination
- User and Client Communication
- Email gate keeping
- Admin tasks: Filing of RFPs, Mobile load allowance, Project advances, Requesting of vehicle rental, Work Order audit, etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any computer related course
- At least 2 years experience in a similar capacity. Has handled PSA (professional service automation) application- similar to autotask; service desk.
- Above average communication skills and with strong customer service orientation
Others:
- Job location: Antel 2000 Valero Street, Salcedo Village, Makati City Philippines
- Shift: Mondays - Fridays; 8am - 6pm (on-site work arrangement)
- Contractual/Reliever for 5 months
Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 5 months
Pay: Php19, Php20,000.00 per month
