Compliance Assistant Manager
Working Mode: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Language: English
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support the team in managing daily tasks, including confirming fraud-related activities and escalating cases to the Manager for approval when necessary.
• Generate and share weekly and monthly reports on withdrawal transactions with the Manager.
• Conduct team meetings to drive discussions, address performance feedback, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide training for new hires and ongoing guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing culture.
Qualifications:
Must-Haves:
• Minimum college-level education with strong English skills (verbal, written, and reading).
• At least 5 years of experience in risk compliance.
• Skilled in identifying suspicious activities and details.
• Proven experience in team management.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
Additional Highlights:
• Permanently work-from-home position.
• Able to work 10+2 hours daily (2 hours compulsory OT with OT pay).
• Flexible with rotational shifts (open to consider candidates unable to work shifts).
• Available to work weekends and public holidays.
• Rest days scheduled by the manager.
