About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our dynamic team at Cebu Landmasters, Inc. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's information technology infrastructure, systems, and processes. Based in our Cebu City office, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our technology-driven business.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support the company's overall business objectives
  • Manage the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the company's IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure
  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and monitoring of IT projects and initiatives
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, ensuring optimal productivity and efficiency
  • Manage and mentor the IT team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices, and recommend innovative solutions to improve the company's technological capabilities
  • Ensure the company's IT systems and data are secure and compliant with relevant regulations and industry standards

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT management role, preferably in the real estate or construction industry
  • Strong technical expertise and understanding of a wide range of IT systems, software, and infrastructure
  • Proven experience in project management, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute IT initiatives
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Certifications in relevant IT disciplines (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP) are highly desirable
