Project In-Charge/Site Engineer/Architect

Pasig, National Capital Region, Philippines Property Maintenance and Garden's Inc. Full time ₱300,000 per year

Create detailed CAD drawings and plans for landscape projects.

· Collaborate with landscape architects and designers to develop and refine project designs.

· Manage and oversee landscape projects from concept to completion.

· Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.

· Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.

· Prepare and manage project schedules and budgets.

· Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.

· Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.

· Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.).

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape architecture or a related field.

· Strong project management and organizational skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Creative and detail-oriented with a strong aesthetic sense.

· Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
