Talent Acquisition
- Post job ads on platforms.
- Conduct resume screening, interviews, and exams.
- Coordinate job offers, pre-employment requirements, and contract signing.
- Facilitate onboarding, company orientation and probationary tracking.
Employee Relations
- Act as the primary contact for employee concerns and workplace issues.
- Assist in counseling, conflict resolution, and documentation of disciplinary actions following the Labor Code of the Philippines and Company's Code of Discipline.
- Support employee engagement initiatives (events, surveys, etc.).
- Help promote a positive, inclusive, and compliant work environment.
Timekeeping & Payroll
- Monitor attendance, leaves, overtime, and schedule changes.
- Validate DTRs or biometrics logs.
- Manage leave administration (SL/VL, maternity/paternity leave, and other DOLE-mandated leaves).
- Facilitate Payroll Processing.
Government-Mandated Benefits Handling
- Process enrollment, updates, and reporting for:
- SSS (R1A, R3, salary loans, sickness benefit)
- PhilHealth (premium reporting, maternity benefit)
- Pag-IBIG (loan applications, MP2, remittances)
- Prepare monthly remittances and statutory reports.
- Ensure compliance with DOLE requirements (e.g., 13th month pay, holiday pay, etc.).
HR Policy & Compliance
- Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies.
- Ensure compliance with Labor Code, OSH Standards, DOLE issuances, and company rules.
- Handle disciplinary cases, memo issuance, and due process documentation.
- Organize and maintain 201 files and HR-related documentation.
Performance Management
- Coordinate performance review cycles (probationary evaluation, annual appraisal).
- Track evaluation schedules and guide managers on proper documentation.
- Support performance improvement plans (PIP) when needed.
Training & Development
- Assist in identifying training needs and creating learning plans.
- Coordinate in-house or external training sessions.
- Track compliance trainings (OSH, Anti-Sexual Harassment, Data Privacy, etc.).
- Maintain training records.
