About the Role
The HR Officer is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of HR operations across the employee lifecycle. The role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant execution of core HR functions while operating with a high level of independence.
Success in this role is defined by the consistent delivery of required HR outcomes and service standards, supporting organizational stability and effective people management.
Key HR Deliverables
Payroll, Compensation & Statutory Compliance
- Accurate and on-time payroll release for all employee types (regular & project-based)
- Zero unresolved payroll discrepancies per payroll cycle
- Complete payroll audit trail (attendance, OT, allowances, deductions)
- On-time remittance of all statutory contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.)
- Zero penalties, surcharges, or compliance lapses
Recruitment, Onboarding & Offboarding
- Manpower requests fulfilled within agreed timelines, including urgent project-based requirements
- Timely recruitment and deployment of additional manpower as requested by project teams
- Complete onboarding requirements for all new hires (pre-employment to Day 30)
- Orientation, policy acknowledgment, and documentation completed and filed
- Complete offboarding, clearance, and turnover records for separating employees
- Accurate and timely release of final pay in accordance with legal requirements
HR Systems, Data Integrity & Reporting
- HRIS maintained with accurate, real-time employee data (status, compensation, attendance, leave
- Zero discrepancies between HRIS, payroll, and official records
- Monthly HR data integrity and reconciliation checks completed
- Updated trackers for payroll, compliance, hiring, and leave management
- Monthly HR Operations Report submitted on time
Employee Relations, Policy Enforcement & Risk Management
- Proper documentation and resolution of employee concerns and incidents
- Consistent application of HR policies and procedures across the organization
- Complete incident reports and disciplinary documentation when required
- Timely escalation of high-risk or sensitive cases with clear recommendations
- Proactive identification of HR risks with corrective or preventive actions
Employee Engagement & HR Planning
- Planning and execution of employee engagement activities aligned with company culture and business goals
- Delivery of company events and engagement initiatives within approved scope, budget, and timeline
- Consolidated HR reports submitted as scheduled
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2–4 years of experience in an end-to-end HR Officer or HR Generalist role
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR statutory requirements
- Proven ability to deliver accurate and timely payroll and HR outputs
- Proficient in HRIS, payroll systems, and spreadsheet-based tracking tools
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Capable of managing multiple HR deadlines and deliverables concurrently
- Residing in or near Santa Rosa Laguna or nearby.
