Job summary:

The major job function of a Manufacturing Section Lead is to oversee and coordinate the activities of a specific section within the manufacturing department to ensure efficient production processes. The Manufacturing Section leads manages a team, implements production schedules, and maintains quality standards to meet production targets.

What You'll Do:

· Oversee the day-to-day operations of the plant to ensure reliable and efficient operations with optimal product quality.

· Implement standards, procedures, and processes to manufacture high-quality products.

· Plan and organize production schedules.

· Monitor every aspect of production to ensure compliance with established procedures and standards.

· Oversee the maintenance, repair, and replacement of production equipment to ensure smooth operations.

· Ensure that health and safety regulations and guidelines are met.

· Determine quality control standards.

· Oversee production processes.

· Set production objectives and implement action plans for achieving set targets.

· Ensure all company regulations and government legislations are adhered to.

· Supervise and manage the work of Multi-skillers and OSPs.

· Organize relevant training sessions for the team.

What We're Looking For:

· Educational Background: Graduate of Mechanical, Industrial, or Food Engineering; with license is an advantage.

· Work Experience: With a minimum of at least 1-year experience in a supervisory role in the food industry.

· Job Skills:

o With knowledge of Production Planning and Scheduling.

o With a background in HACCP and Internal Audit.

o Capable of training team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php28, Php29,000.00 per month
