Role Description

  • Manages and improves production operations to ensure safety of members, make high quality and profitable product.
  • Establishes budget control to manage waste and reduce production cost.
  • Arranges manpower with other section to prevent shortage especially on bottleneck process.
  • Prepares and implements recovery plan immediately, make long term plan to prevent delay in production and ensure on time delivery.
  • Knows and shares company's mission and vision and department's goals and objectives until operator level.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4-year course.
  • With at least 7 years of relevant experience in the same field.
  • With good interpersonal relation, negotiation and leadership skills.
