  • Proactively manages company & customer's projects timelines, approval etc.
  • Prepares contact reports to document agreements with clients and communications with account director on status/issues.
  • Maintain company's client's file for all projects assigned.
  • Responsible for communicating to the account team the clients project objectives, strategy, budget and service requirements.
  • Prepare costing, proposals, plans, case studies for Account Director's approval.
  • Monitor project from concept to final delivery.
  • Monitor quality, deadlines & budget parameter.
  • Attend project review meetings and creative brainstorming meeting.
  • Identifies new business from existing clients and communicates to Account Director.
  • In conjunction with finance, ensure the company's payment policies are met.
  • Perform task assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

Graduate of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.

With experience in any food packaging company is a PLUS
