About the role

Are you a friendly, organised, and customer-focused individual looking to join a dynamic salon team? We are seeking a talented Salon Receptionist to join Reverie Esthetic & Hair Center in Makati City Metro Manila. This is a full-time role that will see you playing a vital part in ensuring our clients have an exceptional salon experience from the moment they walk through the door.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and welcoming clients in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Managing the reception area and ensuring it is well-presented at all times
  3. Scheduling and coordinating client appointments
  4. Handling client enquiries and booking requests via phone, email and in person
  5. Processing payments and managing the cash register
  6. Providing excellent customer service and resolving any client issues or concerns
  7. Supporting the salon team with general administrative duties as required

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience working in a customer service or receptionist role
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide a warm and welcoming customer experience
  3. Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
  4. Proficient in using computer systems and salon management software
  5. A friendly, professional and customer-focused attitude
  6. A passion for the hair and beauty industry and a desire to be part of a talented team
