What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and welcoming customers in a warm and inviting manner
  2. Handling customer inquiries, booking appointments, and managing the salon's schedule
  3. Assisting with the check-in and check-out process for clients
  4. Maintaining an organised and tidy reception area
  5. Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all clients
  6. Performing administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, processing payments, and managing inventory
  7. Supporting the salon team as needed to ensure the smooth running of the business

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a customer service role
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner
  3. Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities, with the capacity to manage a busy schedule
  4. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organisation
  5. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using scheduling and point-of-sale software
  6. A passion for the beauty industry and a desire to contribute to the success of our salon
