Performs two-dimensional echocardiography procedures to assess the structure and function of the heart. They assist physicians in diagnosing cardiovascular conditions by producing accurate and high-quality echocardiographic images.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform 2D echocardiography
  • Ensure proper patient preparation and explain procedures to patients
  • Operate, maintain, and calibrate echocardiography equipment
  • Record and analyze echocardiographic images for physician review
  • Prepare and submit accurate diagnostic reports in a timely manner
  • Maintain strict patient confidentiality and comply with safety protocols

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a medical or allied health course
  • Training or certification in 2D Echocardiography is required
  • Previous experience in echocardiography is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and technical proficiency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to start immediately and work on-site as required
