I. Duties and Responsibilities

1. Specific Role

a. Prepares the supplies & materials needed for procedures.

b. Explain the procedures to patients during examination.

c. Interviews patients' histories.

d. Ensure consent forms are completely filled out and signed by the patient.

e. Reviews physician's request form before proceeding with the examination.

a. Performs ECG/EKG, 2D Echo Doppler, Treadmill Stress Test / Treadmill Stress Echo (Protocols include Bruce/Modified Bruce /Kattus/NIH), 24 Hour Holter Monitoring, 24 Hour Ambulatory BP Monitoring.

b. Performs onsite APE ECG.

c. Coordinates with IM / Cardiologists for schedule of Treadmill Stress Test / Echo.

d. Coordinates with Cardiologists for reading of all examinations.

e. Communicates with patients if any additional views or if needed to repeat procedure.

f. Encodes and performs quality control of all conducted examinations' results.

g. Validation of results, sorting of results and releasing of results - Pick Up / Send Out / Email.

h. Release sorted Pick Up / Send Out results to Releasing Department and email results to patients if requested.

i. Inventory of Heart Station supplies.

j. Maintain logbook and filing of patients' consent form (per date/per procedure).

k. Perform other tasks given by supervisor/senior.

2. General Duties

a. Fulfill the company's set KPI.

b. Ensure completeness of reports and deliverables assigned.

c. Follow the operations safety and health regulations at the workplace.

d. Adhere to Data Privacy Act.

e. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

f. Follow company policies set forth in Employee Handbook.

g. Perform other tasks from time to time.

h. Observe cleanliness in the assigned area at all times.

II. Required Skills and Competence

1. Experience and Expertise

a. Filipino citizen and a resident of the Philippines

b. Graduate of any four (4) year healthcare-related courses

c. Experience and knowledge in conducting ECG, 2D Echo, 24 Hour Holter / BP Monitoring is an advantage.

2. Personal Characteristics
