About the role

Nezda Technologies, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team at our Taguig City, Metro Manila office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service and support to our esteemed clients on our PIONEER Roadside Assistance account.

What you'll be doing

Acts as the primary point of contact for customers, managing all inbound calls related to roadside

assistance. This role involves answering customer questions, processing their service requests,

and dispatching and coordinating with a network of roadside assistance providers (towing and

repair) while monitoring service delivery.

Qualifications:
